HEALTHY EATING:

 

As a health promoting school we encourage healthy eating and generous amounts of exercise.

We have found that students who have eaten breakfast and have a healthy lunch settle to better working habits than those who miss out on regular food.

Big bags of chips or twisties and fizzy drink are not considered suitable for your child's lunch.

These kinds of junk foods interrupt good learning habits and limit student progress.

Our school Tuck Shop promotes healthy choices.

 

BED REST:


It is very important for your child to get 10 - 12 hours sleep every night.

Their ability to learn will be strengthened if they are fully rested.

STUDENTS WHO ARE TIRED AND LETHARGIC CANNOT LEARN!
