Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely  the absence of disease or infirmity.

Oats are type or grain that is eat as a cereal or breakfast food.

Oats provide us with energy, and they repair and refuel our muscles.

Oats contain five special ingredients that we need to be healthy. These are ....

* B vitamins are important for athletes because it helps with metabolism, energy, brain health, and muscle function.

* Magnesium is an important mineral for athlete because it helps relieve sore muscles, helps in the repair and regrowth of muscle cells, and lowers cortisol in the body, the stress hormone that's rises during exercise.

* Our body uses Protein to build and repair tissues .

* Iron is a mineral that helps to move oxygen around our bodies, to help us breath.

* Beta glucans are fibers that dissolve in our body.
